Professionals may come under scrutiny in which their ability to practice may be threatened.  In these instances, we represent professionals and seek to clear any sanctions or other professional restrictions that may affect their ability to practice.

In some instances, state boards may seek to revoke the licensure of a professional, often based upon alleged violations of practice or conduct.  In these instances, we are available to represent our client before such board in administrative hearings, and to challenge the alleged basis upon which license revocation is being sought.
